TTS Dev Log 2

Like I promised, V1.1 one is here! This update fixes some bugs and adds some much needed QoL changes!

V1.1 Contents:

1. Hard Mode- A more difficult version of the game with faster intervals, more buffed enemies, among other things!
2. Added a Skip Shop Button
3. Added a Interval Counter
4. Added the ability to go back to the main menu
5. Added an options menu
6. Added Tutorial
7. Added Twotimapedia
8. Added Health Bars - Can be turned off in options (The health bars are quite buggy)
9. Buffed Two Time, Spring, and M4 slightly.
10. Fixed Cola not taking away funds.
11. Fixed Spring Health Chance.
12. Fixed killers randomly changing sprites.
13. Fixed issue with Bomb.
